Larry Mallak, Ph.D.: Larry Mallak is a researcher in healthcare systems and a Professor of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at Western Michigan University. He applies systems tools to understand and solve problems. Sample projects include cultural analysis of a healthcare system, organizational resilience, cost-benefit for new facility design, and empathic design in engineering R&D.
